Three
day (18-20 February) congregation of Spiritual Gurus was organized during
Dakshin Bharat Kumbh Mela at Vittal Rukmini Samasthanam, Dakshina Pandaripuram,
Govindapuram, Kumbakonam. Around 1000 Spiritual gurus
congregated in the Mahamaham Conference.
The Conference was inaugurated by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, (Founder, Art of
Living). Emphasizing on Bhakti movement
where Tamilnadu is the birthplace, he said that only spiritual leaders could
save our nation’s heritage and culture. Bhakthi unites society irrespective any
caste or creed.
