‘Sakthi Sangamam’, a non-programme
programme and informal gathering of families of RSS swayamsevaks, sympathizers
was held at ‘Sakthi Karyalaya’ today. Around 1528 men, women and children from 640 families had a
chit-chat with Akhila, Prantha/Kshetra Adhikaris. Traditional games like ammanai, pallankuzhi,
paandi, paramapadam etc. kindled the enthusiasm among visitors. Ayurveda and patti vaithyam (meaning traditional
medical advice) to bring out the glory of our traditional medical treatment and
their values had a great impact among the visitors. The programme was
initiated by Shri Sthanumaalyan, Kshetra Pracharak by doing pushpanjali. Shri Sethu Madhavan Ji, Shri Suryanarayana
Rao, Shri Rama Gopal Ji, and other Sangh Adhikaris present to guide and answer
to the questions arising in their minds.
Shri Bakthavatsalam, Organiser Hindu Munnani spoke on the occasion. He emphasized on the importance of a family
and culture.
