Supreme Court of India today unanimously decriminalised part of Section 377, which criminalises consensual unnatural sex, saying it violated the rights to equality. Shri Arunkumar, Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramuk stated, “Like the Supreme Court judgement, we do not even consider it a crime. Gay marriage and relationship are not compatible with nature and are not natural. So we do not support this kind of relationship. Traditionally, India’s society also does not recognize such relations. Humans generally learn from experiences, so the subject needs to be maintained at the social and psychological level”.
समलैंगिक विवाह और संबंध प्रकृति सुसंगत एवं नैसर्गिक नहीं
सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्णय की तरह हम भी इसको अपराध नहीं मानते। समलैंगिक विवाह और संबंध प्रकृति से सुसंगत एवं नैसर्गिक नहीं है, इसलिए हम इस प्रकार के संबंधों का समर्थन नहीं करते। परंपरा से भारत का समाज भी इस प्रकार के संबंधों को मान्यता नहीं देता।
मनुष्य सामान्यतः अनुभवों से सीखता है इसलिए इस विषय को सामाजिक एवं मनोवैज्ञानिक स्तर पर ही सम्हालने की आवश्यकता है।
