Sri Subbaraoji, senior sangha pracharak from Tamil Nadu passed away today (20 Dec 2017) morning at Coimbatore. He was a swayamsewak from Chennai and became sangha pracharak more than 5 decades ago. He was a Maths teacher in Government school, which he resigned to dedicate himself for a great social cause. He had been a Pracharak in all Vibaghs of Tamil Nadu and had worked in the midst of teachers (under Desiya Kalvi Kazhagam) and Samskar Bharathi. He stayed in Vidya Bharati Karyalayam at Kurushetra, Haryana for more than 6 years.
He has taught Sangha Padhathi to numerous karyakathas all across Tamil Nadu. He is a perfectionist and a creative person. He has conducted numerous workshops on vyavastha and samparka well before they were recognised as a separate karya vibaghs in Sangh. He was a staunch believer of Swadeshi philosophy and used to insist that we should use our respective mother tongues in our daily conversations.
His mortal remains will be kept in Chennai Shakthi Karyalayam, Chetpet from today evening 5 PM. His last rites will be performed tomorrow (21 Dec 2017) morning 9 am.
