Cuddalore is also the worst affected district from Diwali during the recent incessant rains. 110 RSS-Sevabharati volunteers immediately plunged into rescue and relief operations. Food, water, biscuit, bread, saree, dress materials, bedsheets were distributed. Nilavembu Kashaayam, anti-biotic medicines were distributed to the public. So far 20000 families were benefited.
