RSS ABKM 2013: National Executive Council Meet at Kochi begins today

Kochi, Oct 25 (VSK) The number of RSS Sakhas in the country rose to 1000 this year compared to the previous report, according to a report at the RSS Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari Mandal here today.

The report said a significant increase of the Sakhas was reported from youths especially at the college level. The involvement of college students in the Sakha activities shows a tremendous increase.
State wise activities of the organization were reported at the meeting began this morning here. RSS Sarsanghachalak Mohanji Bhagawat inaugurated the meet by lighting a traditional lamp at Bhaskareeyam, the state headquarters of the RSS, Kerala. RSS Sarkaryavah Suresh (Bhaiyaji) Joshi presided over the function. Around 375 national and state level functionaries of the organization are attending the three-day meet. Issues related to increase of radical elements in Muslim community, affecting the security of the country, were discussed at today’s meeting.
