The very first by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to another country was Bhutan. It was a calculated move to infuse samman in the minds of people of Bhutan. 1. Samman, 2. Samvad, 3.Sabyatha 4. Samruddhi 5. Samskriti-these are the five components of Pancha-amrutam in the foreign relations policy of present Government of India outlined by Shri Ram Madhav, General Secretary of BJP. He was the chief guest at a function organized by Chinmaya Academy of Management, Chennai on April 25. The meet was presided over by former diplomat G Parthasarathy. The topic of Ram Madhav’s lecture was ‘India and its neighbours’ — How the entire world including neighbours were full of encomiums for Bharat’s Operation Rahat. Mangolia, in fact chose to call India its “third neighbour” (Russia and China are the other two for the landlocked country), said Ram Madhav.
108 women of Thiruchengode send out a clear message

Thiruchengode is a town known for its Ardhanareeswara (Shiva) temple. In recent months the devout women folk of the town were the target of the vilifying pen of a Tamil Communist writer. Volunteers of Dharma Rakshana Samiti functioning under the guidance of Swami Dayananda Saraswati mobilized 108 Hindu families of the town and organized a pooja for Lord Karthikeya’s spear (vel) on April 21. The symbolism was evident. The tarnished image of the womenfolk of the town was thus gracefully heightened by the Vel pooja programme. The annual 20 day residential camp — Sangha Shiksha Varg (Prathama Varsha) — of Uttar Tamilnadu Prant is held in Salem. The inaugural function was presided over by Dr. K.Arthanari, Chairman-Gokulam Hospitals P Ltd, Reception Committee Chairman. Uttar Tamilnadu Prant Sah Sanghachalak Dr. K Kumaraswamy (Retd Principal) guided the function. Notable among the guests were Sri.S.Boopathy Rajan – Chairman – Vedatri Maharishi Hr. Sec. School, Vice-Chairman Reception Committee; Sri.MGP. Selvam – Correspondent – Ssv Matric School, Mechiri, Salem – Camp Officer; Smt.Kalaiarasi – Secretary – Vedatri Maharishi Hr. Sec.School; Smt.Indra Vasu – Principal – Vendatri Maharishi Hr. Sec. School; Swamy Yathatmananda – Secretary- Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Salem blessed the trainees numbering 257.
