Recent incessant rains in Cuddallore jilla washed away the huts and living places of many families. The families affected during floods were staying at Corporation schools. Food were supplied by the Corporation authorities. Swayamsevaks headed by Shri Guru Subramaniam ji Pranth Samarastha Pramuk reviewed the need for them. Around 250 sarees for women and dress materials were given. Medical assistance and counselling for the affected families were also given.
