‘Ayyappa Jyothi’ has provoked the Marxists which has prompted them to take violence into their hands. The Marxist goons attacked devotees including women and children in many parts of Kannur District. 31 devotees including 10 women and 3 children are admitted to various hospitals and many are in critical condition. Many vehicles were attacked and crude bombs were hurled in few places. The law and order situation in Kannur is in shambles. Under such circumstances, Sabarimala Karma Samiti calls to voice their protests against the attack of Marxists on the innocent Hindu devotees on 27th December. Protest marches will be held across the state, states Shri SJR Kumar, National General Secretary, Sabarimala Karma Samiti.
