Bhopal September 5: Madhya Pradesh Police on Wednesday filed a
chargesheet in a local court against a Congress MLA Kalpana
Parulekar for allegedly morphing pictures of RSS Sarasanghachalak Mohan
Bhagwat and Madhya Pradesh Lokayukta P P Naolekar with the intention of
establishing the latter’s association with the Sangh parivar.

What is this ‘Morphing’ Case?
The allegation
against Congress MLA Parulekar is that to prove that the ruling BJP had
favoured Naolekar, a former Supreme Court Judge, in appointing the
Lokayukta, she produced a doctored photograph of Naolekar which showed
him in RSS uniform. For this, Naolekar’s photograph was morphed with
that of RSS supremo Mohan Bhagwat.Congress MLA Kalpana
Parulekar was arrested from Ujjian on February 2, 2012 year for

“We are waiting for sanction to prosecute the co-accused. The
