AN APPEAL FOR HELP IN SOCIAL MEDIA FACILITATED PROVISION KIT FOR 10 LEPROSY AFFECTED FAMILIES

Sri Mani, the local Sangh Karyakartha (Khanda Karyavah ) of Sithamur of Chengalpattu Jilla has been continuously touring all nearby villages and has been rendering help to the families affected due to the lockout. He has been helping through Sangh, Ramakrisha Mutt and similar organisations. He is particularly concentrating on the Irular families. He was very much moved by the pitiable conditions under which many families are living without proper hut, without electricity etc.

On coming to know that 10 leprosy affected families were struggling for food, posted the same in social media and appealed for helping the families. On seeing the appeal, Sri Rajesh Muthu of Kizkarunai along with his friends immediately rushed to the place and gave away rice, provision items, vegetables etc., to all the 10 families and also to one physically challenged family and one gypsy family. All the families were touched by the timely help rendered by Sri Rajesh Muthu and his friends.
